CoMC Lesson 2

Isabella was sketching the salamander when she realized-oops, she didn't give it any pepper! She grabned the biggest handful she could of the stuff, and shoved it towards the creature. Its once-pale and tired-looking body perked at the sight of the pepper, and immediately began munching it. Smiling, Isabella began sketching again. The little thing was sort of cute.

Julie grabbed a pair of gloves, pulling them on and scooping a handful of pepper in her left hand. She stepped away from the group of people before summoning a salamander. Unfortunately she had lacked he foresight to put the pepper down, and so had to catch it clumsily with one hand.

The salamander made a high-pitched noise as Julie nearly dropped it. "Sorry!" she said hurriedly, sitting it on the ground as she sat down and folded her cloak in her lap. It started to run away, so Julie lazily summoned it back, sitting it on her folded up cloak. She removed her gloves, placing the one holding the peppers under it's nose to keep it occupied.

She summoned her notebook and began to sketch.

Alliana listened to the Professor as well as the answers provided by the students. Following the instructions she slipped a pair of gloves onto her small hands, situating her wand comfortably in between her fingers. Once she had a handful of pepper placed on the ground in front of her, before she summoned one of the salamanders toward her.

She was glad when she realized she had ended up with a rather calm one, and smirked to herself as it munched happily on the pepper. It was actually sort of cute, once she got used to it.. quickly taking out parchment and her quill, she removed her gloves in one swift motion. Quickly, before the salamander could escape or decided it was bored with just sitting around lazily, she began to sketch it out the best she could.

Gwen levitated one out after putting on gloves and fed it pepper.
It sneezed and she yelped ducking to avoid the hot blast.
It seemed to be smirking.
She glared and got out some paper to skecth the evil smirking salamander.
"Why is it I always get the evil one???" she muttered shaking her head.

Jay took the gloves and some pepper before spelling the Accio charm to take one salamander. It seemed to be nice because after giving it the pepper it was walking happily - and trying to scape - on his hand.

Jay looked at Gwen and chuckled. "That's because you got a little evil inside you" he joked winking at her and started to sketch the creature.

Casey took some of the pepper and sprinkled it in a small circle infront of her and laughed when the salamander walked around the entire circle. She laughed again when it stopped where it began and looked at her with the most pitiful look, as if saying, Where did the pepper circle go? Casey put down more pepper, this time in a pile and continued drawing

Gwen stuck her tongue out at J.
Well.
It was true...She had more evil in her than a lot of people she knew.
The salamander seemed to agree...
She tossed pepper on it and it attempted to sneeze in her hair again.
Then it jumped out of her hand and rolled in some pepper before starting to sneeze at her feet repeatedly.
Yelping in surprise she was forced to do an odd little jig trying to catch and avoid the little bugger at the same time.
The salamander just sneezed and seemed pleased and started chasing her in a small circle and she tried to levitate it but it was just too fast.
At one point she cast a flamefreeze charm on herself and tackled it. The salamander sneezed on her and she felt her robes start to burn though thanks to the charm it didnt touch her and she felt really cold.
Nonetheless she was smart enough to cast off her robes and finally managed to levitate the salamander.
So there she stood, a bit farther away from the group, panting and standing on her smoking robes, her hair was a mess, her blouse was singed and she was taring at the little floating salamander who was turning small cirlces in the air sneezing happily.

"Merlins beard..."

Julie finished her sketch and shifted the salamander off her lap, where it had started to snooze. It gave a happy murmur and curled up on the ground. Julie grinned and blasted a circle of grass out of the way around it to create a break before igniting the ground the creature lay on.

She brushed herself up and looked up to see a slightly singed girl with a revolving salamander sneezing in front of her. "Are you ok?" she asked the girl, holding back a snigger.

Gwen was still staring at the evil beast when a girl asked if she was ok.
Slightly dazed she nodded slowly
"Yeah...I'll live...Merlin.."

Casey looked up when the professor said it was time to go. She finished her sketch before picking up her salamander. Going back to the fire she placed her salamander on the ground and watched it scamper into the fire. Casey wished she could go with it. She was freezing. Waving good bye to the professor, Casey walked over and said bye to Isabella. Then, with a nod hello towards a boy she recognized from transfiguration, she walked back up to the castle.

He was finishing his sketch when he saw Gwen having serious issues with the salamander, but it seemed that she had fixed it properly. After that he heard professor's McNeely voice and he glanced at his watch, oh she was right the time had passed quickly. He left the salamander again in the fire and took off the gloves.

Then he walked by G and dragged her arm with a chuckle.
"Come on, you'll be better inside, walking trouble"

Gwen flicked Jay but let him drag her *accidently* stepping on his foot muttering *walking trouble my ass..I´ll show you troubly..* and sticking out her tongue.
